Tom Russell

Tom Russell is the General Counsel of Genius Sports, reporting to CEO Mark Locke. As General Counsel, Tom oversees all company legal matters, including commercial and corporate transactions, corporate governance, securities compliance, and litigation.

Prior to joining Genius in 2014, Tom practiced law as an associate in the Media, Sport, Gaming, and Entertainment group of DLA Piper, a leading multinational law firm. He began his legal career in 2004 as an associate in the London office of Berwin Leighton Paisner (now Bryan Cave Leighton Painser LLP).

Tom holds an LLB in Law from the London School of Economics.
