Matthew Harder

Matthew Harder is a seasoned professional with experience in talent acquisition and education. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Genius Talent since February 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Athletic Director at Page High School within Guilford County Schools from February 2019 to October 2022. Additionally, Matthew spent over a decade with the Guilford County School System as a teacher and men's basketball coach, contributing to the development of student-athletes. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Secondary Education from Appalachian State University in May 2010.
