Oksana Tymoshchuk

Oksana Tymoshchuk (Kytsmey) is a seasoned professional in project management and delivery, currently serving as Co-Owner and Delivery Manager at Geniusee since September 2017. With extensive experience in financial analysis, management, and UX design, Oksana has previously held the position of Project Management Office Lead at KindGeek, where responsibilities included establishing PMO governance policies and leading a team. Earlier roles included Project Manager and Business Development Manager at SoftServe, focused on managing web and mobile projects using agile methodologies. Oksana possesses advanced academic qualifications, holding two Master's Degrees in Banking and Finance and Finance from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and Grenoble Ecole de Management, respectively, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
