Neerja Bharti

Neerja Bharti holds an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Founder of GeniusMesh since 2019, Neerja has built the largest global network of Executive MBAs to facilitate executive-level recruitment and coaching. Previously, as CEO of Teleios International (2010-2017), Neerja led digital transformation efforts that significantly improved financial outcomes, impacting a company's bottom line by $35M in 18 months. Neerja's experience also includes serving as Director of Business/Enterprise Systems at HCL Global Systems Inc (2005-2010), where notable growth was achieved, and as Digital Supply Chain Lead at Surya Systems, Inc (2003-2004). Earlier consulting work at CSSPL focused on Oracle systems, enhancing operational efficiency across supply chain projects. Additionally, Neerja has pursued specialized education at Harvard Business School in enterprise management.
