Sachin Sandhir

Sachin Sandhir is the founder and CEO of GENLEAP, a proptech platform connecting property owners and occupiers for improving CRE occupancy. Sachin has also served as an investor and strategic advisor for Growthfile, a new age proptech platform connecting property owners and occupiers for improving CRE occupancy.

Prior to their work with GENLEAP and Growthfile, Sachin served as the Chief Executive Officer for Valocity India from March 2018 to June 2021. During their time with Valocity, Sachin was responsible for driving the India growth strategy by pitching the concept to banks and housing finance institutions and gaining acceptance for the same. Sachin also built a team that had the ability to deliver a customized technology and data and analytics solution for the industry. Under Sachin's leadership, Valocity became the platform of choice for lenders in India and the same is true for valuers with almost all the major valuers in India moving to Valocity.

Sachin Sandhir has a degree in Executive Management from Harvard Business School and an MBA from IILM. Sachin also has a degree in BCOM HONS from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.
