Charlotte Werner

Charlotte Werner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training operations and clinical development. Currently serving as Associate Director of Training Operations at Genmab since March 2021, Charlotte also owns Axios Elevation AB. Prior to these roles, Charlotte worked at Lundbeck for over a decade, holding various positions including Innovation & Learning Specialist, where responsibilities included leading projects related to a digital communication platform for clinical trials. Earlier in Charlotte's career, positions at TFS Trial Form Support and Clinical Data Care in Lund AB encompassed data management, marketing, and international coordination for clinical trials. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Lund University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with minors in Psychology and Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University.
