Elena Favaro

Elena Favaro, MD, PhD, currently serves as Medical Director at Genmab since June 2021, having previously held the position of Associate Medical Director. Prior experience includes serving as International Medical Manager at Novo Nordisk from December 2017 to June 2021 and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Kræftens Bekæmpelse (Danish Cancer Society) from January 2014 to November 2017. Elena Favaro earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Medicine from the University of Oxford between 2009 and 2013, followed by a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in Medical Oncology Residency at Università degli Studi di Padova from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Medicine was obtained from Università degli Studi di Padova from 1999 to 2004.
