Ilda Spiro

Ilda Spiro is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles in financial management and accounting operations. Currently serving as Director of FP&A Europe and previously as Director of Global Accounting & EU Payroll Operations at Genmab since March 2022, Ilda has held significant positions such as Group Financial Controller at Stark and has worked at UNOPS as a Reporting & Compliance Specialist and Finance Specialist. Early career experiences include roles at PwC as Finance Manager, managing finance operations at International Regency, and serving in various capacities within organizations like SNV, the World Bank, and the United Nations World Food Programme. Ilda holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management & Controlling from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and the University of Tirana, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Shkodra.
