Jill Kearney

Jill Kearney, MBA, is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Chief Member at Chief since March 2024. Currently, Jill is also the Vice President and Head of Clinical Trial Management at Genmab, a position held since August 2023. Prior roles include Global Operations Head of Oncology Early Development and Director of Licensing & Acquisitions at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from January 2018 to August 2023. Additionally, Jill held various director-level positions at Johnson & Johnson from April 2007 to June 2020 and served as Global Clinical Program Manager at Sanofi from 2001 to 2006. Jill earned a Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
