Kathleen MacKe

Kathleen Macke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product management and patient services within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Digital Products for HCP & Patient Experience at Genmab since May 2022, Kathleen oversees a range of digital products aimed at enhancing patient and healthcare provider interactions. Prior to this role, Kathleen held various leadership positions at Sanofi, focusing on Patient Support Programs for Rare Diseases, where significant contributions included launching innovative software products that improved patient experiences and engagement. Kathleen’s previous roles span across Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Goldman Sachs, Veritas Technologies, and Computer Sciences Corporation, with a robust foundation in IT management and software release processes. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bethel University and is pursuing a User Experience Design Master Track Certificate from the University of Minnesota College of Design.
