Laverne Coleman

Laverne Coleman, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Program Manager Global Talent Acquisition at Genmab, where responsibilities include managing global talent acquisition programs and enhancing recruitment processes using Workday. Previously, Laverne held the position of Senior HR Project Manager (Consultant) at Genmab, leading a global initiative to implement ServiceNow’s HR Platform. A former employee of GSK from November 2006 to July 2022, Laverne held various roles, including Manager of Operational Excellence, where process improvement solutions were developed, and Global HR Enabling Technology Manager, overseeing a significant technology migration for nearly 100,000 employees. Laverne holds a B.A. in French from Vassar College and an MBA in Human Resources Management and Management Information Systems from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
