Liat Izhak

Liat Izhak is currently serving as the Director of Search & Evaluation in Business Development at Genmab since February 2021, following a role as Scientific Director in Global Medical Affairs. Prior experience includes positions at Johnson & Johnson, where Liat held various roles from Senior Research Scientist to Director in Clinical and Biomarker Science from January 2015 to February 2021. A tenure at MedImmune involved work as a Scientist I focusing on respiratory, inflammatory, and autoimmune diseases. Liat also contributed to cancer research as a Postdoctoral Visiting Fellow at the National Institutes of Health from May 2009 to April 2014. Liat's academic background includes a PhD in Immunology and a BSc in Biotechnology Engineering, both obtained from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
