Ron Kalenka

Ron Kalenka is an accomplished Solutions Architect and Technical Lead at Genmab since July 2021, with extensive experience in information technology and digital solutions. Prior to this role, Ron served as an Information Technology Consultant at Allergan from January 2016 to September 2020, leading critical infrastructure programs focused on mergers, acquisitions, and business transformation. With a decade of experience at Forest Laboratories, which later became Allergan, Ron progressed from Senior Programmer Analyst to Principal Technical Architect, overseeing IT portfolio transformations and collaborating with multiple departments to enhance operational efficiency. Earlier career experience includes roles at Millennium Communications, Perfect Software Solutions, and Fiserv, where Ron demonstrated expertise in various programming languages and technologies. Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Hofstra University and further education from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
