Process Development Engineer at GenMark Diagnostics

Aaron Cordoba has a diverse work experience history. Aaron began their career at San Diego State University, where they worked as a Senior Capstone Project Designer from August 2019 to September 2020. During this time, they gained valuable experience in project design and development.

From November 2014 to October 2018, Aaron worked at The Salvation Army Kroc Center in San Diego. Aaron started as a Senior Lead Lifeguard and later became the Interim Aquatics Director. In these roles, they demonstrated their leadership and management skills while ensuring the safety of patrons.

In 2016, Aaron joined the SDSU Formula SAE Suspension Design Team, where they worked as a team member from August 2016 to May 2017. This experience allowed him to enhance their knowledge and skills in suspension design and automotive engineering.

Aaron then transitioned to Ra Medical Systems, where they served as a Process Development Engineer from September 2020 to November 2021. Aaron collaborated with various departments to develop processes for DABRA 2.0 catheters and led process development for next-generation catheter manufacturing equipment.

Currently, Aaron is working at GenMark Diagnostics as a Process Development Engineer, starting in November 2021.

Aaron Cordoba earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Spanish from San Diego State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended University City High School and completed their high school education from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Aaron obtained an Associate Mechanical Design Certificate from Dassault Systèmes in March 2018.
