Kapil Bhalothia

Kapil Bhalothia is the Chief Technology Information Officer(CTIO) for GenNx360 Capital Partners and all of its GenNx360 entities. He has been a member of the team since June 2017. In his current role, Kapil reviews, monitors, and manages all hardware and software requirements, the development of maintenance requirements, and the recommendations and strategies for implementation of future specifications, requirements, and regulations. He reviews all GenNx360 entities ensuring their compliance in the areas of IT systems, policies, and procedures. Kapil regularly audits each of these so they are maintained and followed in an effective and efficient manner. Additionally, he oversees the periodic independent audits of our IT systems and procedures to ensure they remain contemporary and to uncover potential weaknesses.

His efforts extend to GenNx360’s portfolio companies from IT strategy development through implementation, including IT due diligence, software selection, enterprise systems implementation, program and project management, and cybersecurity reviews.

Prior to GenNx360, Kapil managed the IT infrastructure and operations for Rivigo Services Pvt. Ltd., a technology-enabled logistics company with over 180 locations covering more than 3,000 employees. Kapil actively reduced IT-related capex and opex costs, managed security for all company assets (including cell phones, VOIP phones, printers, tablets, desktops and laptops), configured IT service desk tools for automatic escalation management while administering and monitoring Office365 and audio visual equipment support.

Prior to his tenure at Rivigo, Kapil worked at Samsung Data Systems where he handled server administration, remote connectivity, desktop and VPN administration, Network/InfoSec monitoring, and was a member of the ERP implementation team.

Kapil achieved both his Master of Science in Mathematics with Honors and his Master of Technology in Software Systems from BITS Pilani. He is certified in ITIL/COBIT. He is based in Gurgaon, India at GenNx360 India.
