Bo Ava Chen serves as the Vice President of Process Development at Geno since May 2018, holding previous positions including Sr. Director and Director of Process Development. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MS in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BS in Economics from Tianjin University.
