Juan Pablo Garcia began their career in 2009 as an Intern with Far East Organization. In 2010, they became an Administrator and Developer with www.tercertiempo.cl and also joined LATAM Airlines as a Commercial Management Analyst for their Frequent Flyer Program. Juan Pablo was later promoted to Integration Project Manager and then to Deputy Manager of Commercial Strategy & Development for the Frequent Flyer Program. In 2016, they became a Co-Founder and Technology Lead for Kiron, a sports analytics solution, and also a Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). That same year, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Spike. In 2019, they became Co-Founder of Genomawork, a platform designed to hire the best talent. Finally, in 2022, they became an Advanced Analytics Leader with Bain & Company.

Juan Pablo Garcia attended the Universidad de Chile from 2004 to 2010, where they earned an Industrial Civil Engineer - Management degree with Maximum Distinction. Juan Pablo then went on to pursue an M.S. in Engineering and Management, System Design and Management (SDM) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2017.
