Minho Kim

Minho Kim has a diverse work experience in the field of intellectual property and software engineering. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Software Engineer at CoreTrust until 2005, and then moved on to NAVER Corp where they held the same role from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they became a Patent Attorney at Kim & Chang, where they handled patent applications, drafted briefs for court cases, and led technical analysis and discussions with experts in the flat panel display industry until 2015. From 2017 to 2019, Minho worked as a Senior Patent Attorney and IP Team Leader at Coway Corp. Minho then joined KASAN IP & LAW FIRM as a Senior Patent Attorney in 2019, where they prepared and prosecuted patent applications in major jurisdictions. Currently, Minho is functioning as the Director of Intellectual Property at GENOME INSIGHT INC.

Minho Kim began their education by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology between the years 2000 and 2004. During this time, they also participated in an exchange student program at The University of British Columbia from 2002 to 2003, where they focused on Computer Science.

Following this, Kim pursued further education in the field of Law. Minho attended Korea National Open University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Law. Later, in 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at the University of Southern California, specializing in Law.

In addition to their educational achievements, Kim also obtained certifications in the field of Law. In January 2016, they became a US Attorney through the Illinois Supreme Court. Furthermore, in February 2008, they obtained the title of Korean Patent Attorney from the Korean Intellectual Property Office.
