Josh Goodman

Josh Goodman has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Josh is currently working as a Senior Software Developer at Genomenon, Inc since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the FlyBase Project Manager at Indiana University Bloomington for nearly 19 years, from August 2003 to July 2022. Josh also worked as a Customization Engineer at LION Bioscience from 2001 to 2003. Their earliest work experience was as a Computer Technician at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where they were involved in web application development, systems administration, and database administration for the Influenza Sequence Database from 1999 to 2001.

Josh Goodman attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1995 to 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry. Josh later pursued further education at the same institution from 2018 to 2023, where they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Data Science.
