Steve Warner

Steve Warner has extensive work experience in software engineering and technical support roles. Steve is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Kairos Aerospace since March 2021.

Prior to this, Steve worked at Ridecell from 2017 to 2021. During their time at Ridecell, they held various roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Support Engineer. As a Senior Software Engineer, they led engineering projects on the hardware team, optimizing rental flows and improving GPS accuracy. Steve also acted as a hybrid hardware SME and data team engineer, analyzing data and educating customers on hardware solutions. In their role as a Support Engineer, Steve demonstrated exceptional debugging skills, streamlined debugging processes, and received recognition for their tenacity and results-oriented approach.

Steve's earlier experience includes working as an Application Engineer at Dassault Systèmes Simulia Corporation from 2010 to 2016. In this role, they provided technical support for software packages and conducted training courses. Before that, they worked as a Research Assistant at RPI Combustion and Energy Systems Laboratory and as a Langley Aerospace Research Student Scholar at NASA Langley Research Center.

Steve Warner completed their education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. From 2005 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Additionally, Steve Warner obtained a Wilderness First Responder certification from NOLS Wilderness Medicine in May 2021.
