Fu Xiang Quah is a Bioinformatics Engineer at Genomics England since February 2024. Quah pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology at the University of Cambridge from 2019 to 2022, following a Master's degree (MRes) in Mathematical Genomics and Medicine at the same institution from 2018 to 2019. Previous experience includes roles as a Data Analyst and Data Scientist at Wellcome Sanger Institute, where research focused on genomics and phylogenetic dating, as well as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Sainsbury Laboratory Cambridge University. Quah's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology from Imperial College London, culminating in comprehensive expertise in computational biology and genomics.
