Mar Batlle

Mar Batlle is an experienced bioinformatician currently working at Genomics England since April 2022. Previously, Mar held the position of Junior Research Engineer at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center from May 2021 to April 2022. In addition, Mar served as Program Director and Hiring Manager, as well as Camp Counselor at Camp Eden Woods from June 2016 to June 2020. Mar also gained research experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at Ghent University from January 2018 to June 2018. Mar holds an MSc in Bioinformatics Applied to Precision Medicine and Health from Escuela Nacional de Sanidad, Instituto de Salud Carlos III, a BSc in Biotechnology from Universitat de Girona, and an MSc in Science Teaching in Secondary Education from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
