Todd Alston

Todd Alston has a diverse work experience in various companies. Todd currently works as the Director of Recruiter and Community Engagement at Genova Diagnostics, where they developed a recruitment plan that reduced the time to fill roles by 35%. Todd also established partnerships with community sectors and local universities to drive organizational awareness and generate a pool of new grad interview candidates.

Prior to that, Todd worked at HCA Healthcare as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for five years. In this role, they implemented recruitment strategies to attract key talent and provided consulting services to hiring managers. Todd also analyzed human capital trends and established metrics for recruitment purposes.
