Janos Simon

Janos Simon is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Bereichsleiter Finanzen at Genossenschaftsverband – Verband der Regionen e.V. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Janos held the position of Board Member at DGRV from August 2022 to November 2023. Janos has extensive experience at KPMG Deutschland, where a career spanning over two decades includes roles as Director - Head of Workflowmanagement, Director - Audit, Senior Manager, and Manager in the Global Services Center. Janos was instrumental in the initiation and implementation of the Workflowmanagement shared service center and oversaw financial statement audits. Janos began the career at KPMG in the International Business department, focusing on audits in compliance with IFRS and German GAAP. Janos holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Corvinus University of Budapest.
