Athikom Vajchalapong is an experienced leader in customer service and operational excellence, currently serving as the Country Operation Leader for Genpact in Thailand since June 2022. Previously, Athikom held the position of Head of Customer Service at Shopee, where leadership of a 300-employee team enhanced customer experience through strategic initiatives. Athikom's extensive tenure at Google spanned nearly a decade, encompassing key roles such as Go-To-Market Strategy & Operation and Regional Manager for Global Customer Care, driving operational priorities and revenue growth across multiple APAC markets. Early career experiences included roles in digital marketing at MrTakeOutBags.com and various positions at Unilever, contributing to sales performance and trade marketing. Athikom holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a BBA in International Business Management and Marketing from Assumption University.
