Chris Westlake

Chris Westlake is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in service strategy and technical services within the life sciences and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Life Sciences Technical Services at Genpact, Chris leads global technical service delivery. Previous positions include Director of Service Process and Digital Transformation at Generac Power Systems, where strategy and operational optimization were emphasized, and Global IT Director/Process Owner for Medtronic's Service and Repair, managing a large team and global service business. Chris’s career also includes leadership roles at Accrete Consulting, RK, Vector Capital, Hach Company (Danaher), ICR, and Rockwell Automation, with a strong focus on P&L management, service operations, and technology integration. Chris holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Marquette University.
