Constantine Vaitsas is the Senior Vice President of Consumer Goods & Life Sciences at Genpact. With a robust background in large-scale business transformations, Constantine has previously held leadership roles at Centrica, Royal Mail, IBM, and Accenture, where they enhanced operational efficiency and aligned IT with business strategies. They shaped significant technology and process transformations at Centrica and led initiatives at Royal Mail that improved customer experience and reduced costs. Currently pursuing an MSc at the University of Warwick, Constantine is dedicated to driving growth and delivering superior shareholder returns.
