Eileen Ford Hedges

Eileen Ford Hedges, CAMS, serves as the Partner and America's Head of Financial Crime Advisory at GENPACT since December 2013, focusing on managing advisory services for top-tier banks and buy-side clients. Previously, Eileen held the position of Global Head Counterparty Outreach for Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, overseeing a global KYC utility, and briefly worked at Barclays Investment Bank as a Global Business Manager for Client Services. Eileen's extensive career at HSBC included roles such as SVP of Sales Business Management for Global Market Sales, where responsibilities encompassed COO duties, and SVP of Performance Management, leading efforts on compensation practices. Eileen began professional education at Long Island University, receiving a BA in Business Management in 1991.
