Kavitha Krishnamurthy

Kavitha Krishnamurthy currently serves as the Global Head of Quality at Genpact, focusing on Quality, Training, and Process for the Financial Crime Risk Management team since December 2023. Prior to this role, Kavitha worked at Accenture as an Assistant Vice President, leading Global QA Delivery for KYC/AML initiatives and managing various aspects of Regulatory Audits, Quality Assurance, and Training from July 2017 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes project management at Wipro BPS, where Kavitha specialized in KYC/AML processes, and managerial positions at State Street and HSBC Bank PLC, overseeing AML compliance and advisory roles. Kavitha began the career at airtel and has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph's College.
