Miguel Galarza

Miguel Galarza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and information technology. As the LatAm FP&A Leader at GENPACT since January 2006, Miguel has successfully implemented technology to optimize financial reporting, providing business insights and driving financial analysis for significant projects. Previously, Miguel served as the Americas IT Controller, achieving over $6 million in cost reduction and managing substantial IT budgets across multiple locations. Additionally, Miguel holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, mentoring numerous Green Belts while driving process improvements. Before GENPACT, Miguel worked at ROMA and GE Capital, where significant contributions included developing a BCP plan and optimizing productivity through technology enhancements. Miguel earned a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on electronic automation from Universidad Interamericana del Norte.
