Nidhi Srivastava

Nidhi Srivastava, currently serving as SVP and Head of Digital and Cloud at Genpact since May 2025, is responsible for driving business growth, developing offerings, and defining go-to-market strategies in collaboration with strategic ecosystem partners. Prior to this role, Nidhi held various leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services from January 1995 to April 2025, including VP and Global Head of Offerings AI.Cloud, where responsibilities included managing the Google Cloud partnership and developing AI-centric offerings. Nidhi has also led the Google Business Unit, focusing on full stack Cloud Services, and directed several practice areas, including Enterprise Agility and IT Consulting. Nidhi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Lucknow University and completed a Leadership Program for Tata Group Executives at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
