Riju Vashisht

Riju Vashisht serves as Genpact’s Chief Transformation Officer responsible the company’s overall integrated transformation services.

Previously, Riju Vashisht served as Genpact’s Digital Solutioning, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Transitions leader, where she focused on continuing to expand the company’s RPA business and further integrate it across service lines. Before that, she was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Genpact’s Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, and Healthcare businesses. In that capacity, she led global operations and employee engagement for these verticals and drove continuous improvement, productivity, and learning and development efforts to help clients with their business transformations.

Riju rejoined Genpact in 2014 from Walmart in India, where she served as executive vice president of Human Resources for three years. Prior to that, she was at Genpact from 2001 to 2010 where she held a variety of people leadership roles for India, the Philippines, and South Africa including learning and development. Her core strengths across all roles has been a deep understanding of business drivers and the ability to effectively align clients and operations to execute with speed. Prior to her first stint at Genpact, Riju worked at Whirlpool and Unilever in Human Resources leadership roles.
