Zhao Sally

Zhao Sally is currently the Vice President of Operations at Genpact, overseeing Finance and Accounting, Procurement, HR Operations, Marketing, and Sales for APAC countries, including Kuala Lumpur, Japan, and China. With over 18 years of experience in Japanese and American companies, they previously served as the VP for Japan Operations at Genpact Japan Service, where they managed operation performance and led improvements. Zhao has also worked as a solution lead for three years and spent eight years as a transition manager, along with experience in call center setup, performance management, change management, and shared service center management.
