Aditi Pandey is currently serving as a Development Associate at GenPhoenix since September 2025, following a role as a Polymer Scientist at Interface Polymers Ltd from February 2024 to September 2025. In the previous position, Aditi led R&D on diblock copolymer additives and collaborated with customers on industrial projects, while also conducting characterisation studies and testing. Aditi gained experience as a Polymer Development Intern, assisting in testing and trials related to diblock copolymer coatings. As a Core Team Member at SocieTree, Aditi played a significant role in developing an online platform for community projects and coordinated significant volunteer efforts during the pandemic. Previous engineering experience includes work as a Propulsion Subsystem Engineer with Team Antariksh and an internship with CH2GTR focused on solar PV module design. Aditi holds a Master of Science in Advanced Materials Science and Engineering from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
