Paul Deninger

Paul Deninger is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the venture capital and technology sectors. Currently serving as Operating Partner at Material Impact since May 2021, Deninger focuses on pioneering material science technologies. In addition, Deninger holds the position of Chairman at GenPhoenix, leading the development of advanced sustainable materials. Deninger is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors for Resideo and EverQuote, participating in key committees such as Audit and Compensation. Advisory roles include positions at Tomorrow.io, SoftServe, and Absolute Software, among others. Deninger holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS from Boston College, and completed Director’s College at Stanford Law School.
