Allen(Zhang) Guo

Allen (Zhang) Guo has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Allen(Zhang) is currently working as the Business Development Head at GenScript ProBio, a position they took on in December 2021. Prior to this, Allen worked at SciClone Pharmaceuticals, where they held the role of Business Development Head for Greater China in the Pharma Service Group from September 2020 to November 2021. Allen(Zhang) also served as a Business Development Executive for the APAC region (excluding Japan and Korea) in the Pharma Service Group at SciClone Pharmaceuticals from May 2016 to September 2020.

Before joining SciClone Pharmaceuticals, Allen worked at BD, where they held the position of Strategic Alliance Manager from July 2014 to April 2016. In this role, they managed the Diabetes Care business and established strategic partnerships with both multinational and local pharmaceutical clients in China.

Prior to BD, Allen worked at Lonza as a Key Account Manager for Life Science Ingredients from August 2010 to July 2014. Allen(Zhang) was responsible for leading the Performance Intermediate team and managing key customers and distributors. Allen(Zhang) also formulated business plans and market strategies.

Allen's early career includes a role as a Sales Representative at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson from January 2009 to August 2010.

Throughout their career, Allen has demonstrated their expertise in business development, strategic alliance management, and key account management in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

Allen (Zhang) Guo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Chemistry at Shandong Normal University from 2001 to 2005. Allen(Zhang) then pursued further education at Fudan University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Macromolecular Science between 2005 and 2008.
