Xian Zhang

Xian Zhang is a seasoned professional in neuroscience and research management with a diverse background in both academia and industry. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at GenScript ProBio since January 2020, Xian previously held the position of Director of Research Development at BrainVTA from December 2017 to December 2019. Early career experience includes an Investment Intern role at FreeS Fund and a significant tenure at Peking University, where Xian progressed from a Research Associate to a Postdoctoral Fellow, focusing on neural circuits and behavior-related genes. Xian's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Institute of Neurosciences and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Science and Technology of China.
