Intern Architect

Ahmed Al-Jirjees is an experienced intern architect currently working at Gensler since August 2025. Prior to this role, Al-Jirjees honed skills in various architectural and urban planning positions, including five years at SvN Architects + Planners as an intern-architect and designer, and a brief tenure as an interior architect at Sufian Sawalha Design. Al-Jirjees has also contributed to urban planning through an internship with UN-Habitat, focusing on disaster risk management, and gained experience in architectural design at Willen Associates Architekten and Suboh Consulting Engineers. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Urban Design from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Architecture from the German Jordanian University, complemented by a Professional Diploma in Social Work from the same institution.
