Allison Schultz

Allison Schultz, IIDA, is a skilled designer with a robust background in interior design and a focus on sustainability. Currently serving as a Designer at Gensler since June 2021, previous experience includes positions at NBBJ Design and Anderson Brulé Architects, where expertise in design was further developed. Allison's career began with a role as a Showroom Consultant at Granite Imports, where strong customer interaction skills were utilized to enhance the shopping experience. Additionally, experience as a Project Coordinator at The Energy Institute at Colorado State University contributed to involvement in sustainable energy initiatives in Rwanda. An early internship at H+L Architecture provided foundational experience in managing design projects through various stages. Allison holds degrees in Interior Design and Global Environmental Sustainability from Colorado State University and in Sustainability from Florence University of the Arts.
