Carolyn Wilder

Carolyn Wilder is an accomplished design professional currently serving as a Design Manager at Gensler since September 2024. With extensive experience in architecture and design, Carolyn has held prominent positions at BKV Group as both Director of Architecture and Senior Project Manager. Prior to that, Carolyn worked as a Senior Project Manager at SmithGroup and held multiple creative roles at KFN Productions, including Associate Producer and Art Director for the documentary "ASK." Carolyn co-owned Boymom Designs, LLC, focusing on apparel for mothers, and owned wilder+wilder design, handling residential design and corporate branding. Carolyn's leadership experience includes serving as Director of the Dallas office for RSM Design and Vice President at Corgan Associates, contributing to architectural practices and standards. Carolyn began as a Project Architect at JPJ Architects and RTKL after earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma.
