Holly Jin

Holly (Hongyi) Jin is an accomplished Design Strategist with a wealth of experience in workplace intelligence, analytics, and experience strategy. Currently serving as an Associate in the Strategy Lab at Gensler since March 2021, Holly collaborates with cross-functional teams to assist Fortune 500 companies in envisioning future workplaces through mixed-methods research and strategic planning. Prior experience includes a Designer role at Payette, where Holly developed spatial design concepts for healthcare facilities and led innovative evaluations utilizing VR/AR technology. Earlier roles at WEISS/MANFREDI Architecture and as an Architectural Intern at prestigious firms such as Sou Fujimoto Architects and BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group further enriched Holly's expertise in design and project management. Holly holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Rice University.
