Jennifer Hamilton

Jennifer Hamilton is the current Studio Director and Principal at Gensler. Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in Communications and project management. Prior to their current position, Hamilton was a Senior Communications Specialist at Lutron Electronics from December 2007 to April 2011. In this role, they developed and reviewed technical content for specification guides, assisted with the design implementation, and attended press runs of the final printed materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of literature. Hamilton also monitored and reported on the status of projects including key deadlines, milestones, costs, and unforeseen issues. Additionally, they managed relationships with vendors on various projects to define the scope of work, monitor deliverables, and ensure accuracy of invoices and purchase orders between parties.

Before their time at Lutron Electronics, Hamilton was the Candidate Researcher / New Business Manager at Patch & Associates from October 2006 to December 2007. In this role, they were responsible for conducting research on potential new business candidates as well as managing the new business process from start to finish. This included developing proposals, coordinating interviews, and leading negotiations.

Hamilton started their career as an Executive Assistant / Project Manager at Patch & Associates from May 2006 to October 2006. In this role, they provided administrative support to the Executive team as well as managing small-scale projects.

Jennifer Hamilton has a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Spanish from Lehigh University. Jennifer also has a certification from 11352 in Project Management Professional.
