Malcolm Brown

Malcolm Brown is an experienced strategist and independent photography professional currently working at Gensler in the Boston Strategy Lab since October 2021. With a career in photography spanning from January 2008, Malcolm operates MALCOLM BROWN PHOTOGRAPHY. As a cofounder and creative director at Scale Denim from May 2016 to May 2018, responsibilities included overseeing creative development, branding, and product development. Previous roles include freelance photographer for Getty Images, where Malcolm captured high-profile events, and freelance photo editor for Fast Company, responsible for coordinating and acquiring art for the publication's Fast 50 feature. As a research design consultant at DEGW North America, Malcolm guided numerous companies in developing workplace strategies. Education includes a Master’s Degree and Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from Cornell University and secondary education at The Loomis Chaffee School and Renbrook School.
