Zach Adams

Zach Adams is a professional with extensive experience in people analytics and compensation management. Currently serving as the Director of People Analytics at Gensler since March 2022, Zach previously held the role of Compensation and Analytics Manager at JBS USA, where leadership of compensation and people analytics teams was demonstrated from July 2018 to March 2022. Prior roles include HR Analytics and Compensation Programs Manager and HR Analytics Project Manager at Colorado State University, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Denver. Zach also has experience in international management and fundraising as the Assistant Director for The People's Foundation for Sierra Leone from August 2010 to October 2013. Zach holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, Cum Laude, from the University of Denver.
