Sharon Ryan

Sharon Ryan has extensive experience in people management and engineering, currently serving as the People, Payroll, & Project Manager at Reibus since July 2021, following various roles focused on enhancing the people experience within the company. Prior to Reibus, Sharon worked as an Engineering Contractor for Fiber Industries LLC, where responsibilities included training and developing standard operating procedures. Earlier in career, Sharon held a customer service role at Publix Super Markets and spent significant tenure at Johnson & Johnson, progressing from Mechanical Engineer to Assistant Product Director in Marketing, contributing to European product launches and marketing initiatives. Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
