Prior to this role, Kapil held the position of Sr Manager Quality at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, focusing on the Home Appliances Segment. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Kapil has also worked at Mahindra & Mahindra, Hero Honda Ltd, and Delphi TVS Diesels Systems Ltd in various managerial roles.
