Ryan Clark is the President and Managing Partner of Genstar Capital, helping to identify, evaluate and execute acquisition and investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Genstar Capital in 2004, Ryan was an Associate at Hellman & Friedman, a private equity investment firm in San Francisco. Previously, he worked in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring Department at Morgan Stanley in New York.
