Darrell Sims, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Darrell currently serves as the Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Gentem Health since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ClearGage LLC as the VP of Strategic Growth from February 2019 to August 2021, and as the Sr Dir of Strategic Partnerships from December 2019 to January 2021.

From 2010 to 2019, Darrell held various roles at nThrive. Darrell worked as the Channel Partnerships Manager from September 2018 to November 2019, Director of Sales from October 2017 to November 2019, Director of Client Success from February 2014 to September 2017, and Consultant of Product Implementation from June 2010 to February 2014.

Prior to their time at nThrive, Darrell worked at Dell as an Analyst of Clinical Systems from February 2008 to June 2010, and at Tranter as a Developer of .Net Framework from September 2007 to January 2008. Overall, Darrell's work experience reflects their expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, client success, and product implementation.

Darrell Sims holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Midwestern State University, with a minor in Mathematics. Darrell also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern Methodist University, specializing in Finance and Strategy.
