Lawrence D. McRae

Larry McRae is vice chairman and corporate development officer. In this role, McRae implements strategies related to Corning’s business portfolio, partner agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. He is also responsible for managing Government Affairs.

Previously, he served as executive vice president, Strategy and Corporate Development. In this position, he was responsible for developing strategic approaches for activities across Corning’s business units, from partner agreements to business portfolio decisions.
