Michael Tate

Michael Tate has extensive experience in material planning and management, currently serving as Material Planning Manager at Gentex Corporation since November 2007, where previous roles included Materials Department Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, and Technical Staffing Specialist, focusing on recruitment and collaboration with career services at academic institutions. Prior to his tenure at Gentex, Michael served in the Michigan Army National Guard from March 1999 to March 2007, holding positions as a Missile Systems Repairer and Automated Logistics Specialist. Michael holds a Supply Chain Management Certificate from the Executive Development Program at Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Flight Science from Western Michigan University.
